The Hammond Historic District Commission will meet immediately following the Working Session to hold their annual Retreat to discuss their Guidelines and recommended revisions, as well as a number of other matters that have been brought before the Commission over the course of the last year.  This Retreat is meant to be an open discussion and exchange of ideas.  This meeting is open to the public.  There will be no formal voting. This Retreat will be held at the Tangipahoa Chamber of Commerce Boardroom at 400 NW Railroad Ave.
